Directions

  1. Cook macaroni in chicken broth until tender
  2. Drain macaroni (set chicken broth to the side if making cheese sauce), add butter to hot macaroni
  3. Shred blocks of cheese
  4. Put macaroni in a casserole dish
  5. Add Ragu (or homemade cheese sauce), add milk to Ragu container, and pour into a casserole dish (or about 2 cups of milk)
  6. Add shredded mild cheddar, sharp cheddar, and pepper jack to the casserole dish. Mix well.
  7. Add extra shredded cheese on top
  8. Bake until all cheese is melted at 350F for about 15 minutes. Broil for 3-5 minutes for a crispier top.
